DFW Weather Forecast
Wednesday's Forecast
Despite a slight dip in temperatures, North Texas will still experience hot conditions on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service (NWS) predicts high temperatures in the mid-90s for the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
Humidity levels will remain high, making it feel even hotter outside.
Heat Safety Tips
To stay safe in the heat, the NWS recommends the following:
- Drink plenty of fluids, even if you don't feel thirsty
- Wear loose-fitting, light-colored clothing
- Avoid strenuous activity during the hottest part of the day
- Take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning
- Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle
Long-Range Forecast
The NWS expects temperatures to remain in the mid-90s through the end of the week.
Relief from the heat is not expected until next week, when a cold front is forecast to bring cooler temperatures.
